About
About the Founder

Michael Friedmann is a consultant and private instructor of finance, accounting, economics, Excel, and business communications.

 

Michael worked as a consultant at IBM, tracking and forecasting financial- and operations performance, before going to work as a research assistant in the marketing department at MIT’s Sloan School of Management.

 

In 2011, he launched a side business, tutoring economics, accounting, finance, and statistics to undergraduates. His clientelle quickly grew to include MBAs and other graduate students from Harvard, Yale, Columbia, NYU/Stern, Penn/Wharton, Chicago/Booth, and about 40 other top schools.

 

In 2013, Mike was hired by Harvard Business School to quality-control publications and curriculum in behavioral economics.

 

Michael has provided one-on-one coaching and group training to clients including:

 

  • Investment banking analysts from Goldman Sachs and Credit Suisse

  • Research fellows at Harvard Business School and Harvard's program on US-Japan relations

  • Entrepreneurs, attorneys, c-level executives, management consultants and real-estate professionals
